To cancel a booking or reschedule a booking use the ‘Change/Cancel Appointment’ link at the bottom of your emailed booking confirmation. Alternately text, email or call our office ensuring the required notice is provided.

To cancel a booking with less than 24 hours notice (penalty fees apply) please contact your instructor directly (phone numbers on our Bookings Page).
